 1. What is 2SpiritQueer’s Mission?

2spiritQueer was created to bring awareness and change to intersectional issues through written word and visual art. We exist to create visual and wearable art showcasing the beauty of the QTBIPOC community. Suietko is inspired to share their gifts with the knowledge that artistic expression is a form of healing, and can bring tranquility for others. In their indigenous society, the exchange of skills and talents in itself is a form of survival. Uplifting the community through various platforms, while bringing truth to those who may be unaware of others' struggles.

What is 2SpiritQueer’s Purpose?

Our work focuses on bringing light to the issues present through intersectional existence, and implementing support toward various social justice movements. Sueitko's artistic expression is not limited to one medium.  Life is found through their colorful paintings and drawings. Truth is found through their poetry and writing. Pride is found through their 4 collection clothing line. Humility is found through their inclusion of intersectional wellness and indigenous storytelling. We also hold space for the community by hosting an array of informative presentations, storytelling sessions, healing spaces, interactive workshops, open mics, and creative circles. 

 

2. Where is 2spiritqueer located? Do you have a physical shop?

We are currently operating full time online. You can purchase merchandise from our catalog in our website: https://2spiritqueer.myshopify.com/

You can also find us in person at occasional artisan markets and craft shows across Texas! Follow us on social media for our most recent announcements!

 

 3. What are your products and their sizes?

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Pre-made Orders are mailed out every Monday, in order for our small team to fulfill your parcel properly. Our average shipping times depends on where you're currently located, but can be estimated as follows:

 USA: 7-8 days

Custom ordered items will take longer to arrive than listed above due to time needed to complete the custom, in addition to average shipping times.

Our fulfillment times for all products may take longer than usual and may continue until the situation gets back to “normal”. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

 

5. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your shipment, please send us a message at sueitko@2spiritqueer.com  If you have not received your item in the estimated time frame provided, please email us for further support.

 

6. Do you allow customize orders?

Yes! In most cases we can. Please see our customization page for more information about how to bring your ideas to life!

 

7. Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURN POLICY

If there is a problem with your received order, please ensure you email us within 10 days after you receive the item. Emails received on/after the 11th day will not be eligible for a refund. Returns (without a refund) and exchanges are eligible for up to 15 days from the date the item was received, determined by information from the tracking link. All returned/exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at sueitko@2spiritqueer.com.

In your email, you must include:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange
  • Order Number
  • Name of the individual item(s) wished to be returned.
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  • Reason for exchanging/returning the item.

You will receive an email from our team with further information within 1-2 business days. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the items were damaged in transit. Only return shipping charges for items damaged in transit will be reimbursed.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

Refunds requested within 10 days of the received package, will be issued for the price of the item(s), plus the initial shipping cost of the item(s). Costs of shipping returns will not be covered by 2spiritQueer, unless the item was damaged in transit. Please note that damaged items will need to be returned to us to be eligible for a refund.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Orders
  • Sale Items
  • Holiday Items
